unlocked for 99 cents and re download it and says i have to unlock it again

I bought pro, but I deleted the app. Just downloaded, cant restore purchases

Very basic and limited. Sound quality is awful. Hasnt been upgraded since 2012. Cant imagine anybody being satisfied with this bottom level sound app.
